We have created this site in order to help find homes for all the Dogs and Cats that are being looked after by the different charities and organisations around the country.
They are being looked after in these homes etc.., for many different reasons, their owners may no longer be able to look after them due to illness or old age. Perhaps they have moved and they would no longer fit into their new surroundings, or it may be they simply did not realise what was involved in looking after a pet.
Whatever the reason all these animals need new homes.
Sometimes when an owner of a dog or cat is unable to look after their pet any longer (for whatever reason, but usually due to old age), the dogs or cats themselves are too old to be re-homed. The lucky ones are looked after in Hospices or Animal Havens, where they can enjoy their old age in normal surroundings, and where their owners can visit them, if and when they are able to. of the animals you would be helping, in each particular place.
