Greyhounds can make wonderful family pets, they are gentle and affectionate and they don't require a lot of exercise... two or three short walks a day are sufficient. They eat little more than the average Labrador and their short coats are easy to groom. A Greyhounds needs are simple, ( food, a soft bed and love), but the rewards to the owner are great.
